When a product is under warranty (depending upon the model, warranty periods varies from 1 to 2 years) and was installed by an authorized PS Engineering dealer (or a custom wire harness was purchased from an approved dealer or if it was a Plug N Play install) when a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number has been provided from our support staff, a warranty exchange unit with like serial number will be sent out.

Our warranty program is probably one of the best in the business. We guarantee that we will repair and return your audio panel within 10 working days upon receipt of the unit. All that is necessary is that you call the factory with the model and serial number and we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Writing that number on the outside of the box assures it gets into our repair station the day we get it.

PS Engineering, Inc. is committed to the ongoing support, service, and repair of all our legacy units. PS Engineering endeavors to provide the most cost-effective repairs that can extended service life for products that are no longer manufactured or have been superseded.
Rapid obsolescence of electronic components used to repair legacy units is a significant issue. While we strive to provide our customers with a reasonable repair fees, there are times when repairing obsolete equipment is not cost effective.
We hope our approach to the assessing fees to repair legacy units will help our customer to make a sound financial decision in repairing their old unit or upgrading to a new unit. We ultimately want what is best for our customers.

There is a non-refundable quotation fee of $200.00. This fee will allow our FAA Certified Repairmen to disassemble the unit and diagnose the cause of the problem. The customer must use our Return Material Authority (RMA) process.
Once the problem is determined, PS Engineering will contact the customer and inform what the problem was found and how much more it will cost to repair. If no problem is found or if the unit is determined not to be repairable, the unit will be returned in the same condition as it was received. No refund of the quotation fee will be given.
This Repair Policy is intended to give our customers qualified information in order that the customer can make an informed decision to whether to invest in the repair or not.
If the unit can be repaired and the customer approves of the repair at the quoted price, PS Engineering will repair and return to the customer no more than 10 working days from the day of approval.
